جبنه نابلسيه Nabulsi Cheese

نوع من الجبن تشتهربإنتاجه منطقة نابلس في فلسطين وينتشر في مناطق بلاد الشام. تصنع من حليب الغنم أو خليط حليب الغنم والماعز وحليب البقر.

A type of cheese famous for its production in the Nablus region in Palestine and spread in the Levant regions. It is made from sheep's milk or a mixture of sheep, goat and cow's milk.
